The second phase of Eliza Jennings' additions and renovations to its Renaissance Retirement campus, this project consisted of a new assisted living building.
The new 2-story facility has 48 units, 18 of which accommodate the unique needs of residents who require specialized memory support, offering a homelike, compassionate, and secure environment. Common living and dining spaces give residents opportunities to better connect and engage with each other.
