Headquarters Expansion & Renovation

The 45,000 SF, 3-story addition features both offices and open workstations; a board room, conference rooms, smaller huddle rooms, and informal gathering spaces; a 2-story reception lobby; and a rooftop terrace.

The existing building is being renovated and will feature a new café with a rooftop deck. The exterior brick will also be stained to match the new building.

A glass-walled connector was added between the addition and the existing building, as well as an inviting courtyard for use by employees.
